20 g Black Cardamom

15 g Cloves

100 g Black Pepper

200 g Coriander Seeds

100 g Cumin Seeds

50 g Fennel Seeds

20 g Star Anise

20 Bay LEaves

40 g Mace Blades

200 g Poppy Seeds

100 g Cinnamon

Note

Toast all the whole Spices Lightly. Grind them up. Mix with ground spices.
