50 g Cumin Seeds

15 g Fennugreek Seeds

25 g Black Pepper

5 g Allspice

10 g Cardamom

10 g Cloves

25 g Red Chilli flakes (depending on spice lvl)

200 g Sweet Paprika

5 g Nutmeg

10 g Ginger

5 g Cinnamon

25 g Turmeric

Note

Lightly Toast whole Spices.

grind them up.

Mix with ground spices and store in airtight Container.
