There really isn't that much to this 'recipe'. It goes great in a variety of sandwiches and burgers, where you want to have a certain Kimchi-y zing to it.
If you don't have Kimchi Mustard and don't want to make your own, use a Dijon, but don't expect it to taste as great as it could.
