Tomato jam chicken stew

Thinly slice onions and garlic.

Brown chicken from both sides on medium heat, 10-15 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan, add oil, onions and salt. Saute for 10-15 minutes until softened. Add tomato paste, honey, spices and garlic. Cook for another ~2 minutes.

Add stock, tomatoes from can and chicken, cover, cook for ~45 minutes, or until reduced to a thick sauce.

Serve over rice.
