  • Remove skin, cut skin into small-ish flakes
  • Cut salmon into small-ish pieces
  • Roast sesame seeds
  • Fry salmon skin crispy
  • Cut spring onions
  • Mix salmon with sesame seeds and white parts of spring onions and flakes and salt and lemon jews
  • Garnish with tomatoes and green green onions and caviar on top and more sesame on top
