For anybody seeing this, please keep in mind that this recipe is still a work in progress. The cream filling isn't really at a point where I can say I have a solid reproducible ratio of ingredients and method of combining them. Put cookies in mixer, crumble then add molten butter. Layer around 22cm cake form, refrigerate.
Put slightly opened can in pot with water, cover can top with foil, put lid on pot, simmer for 2 hours.
heat milk + starch + milk powder + salt + sugar -- how to prevent clumps?
let cool to room temperature
mix cream + cream of tartar almost stiff
add mascarpone, whisk stiff
slowly and carefully add cream mix to milk mix
